Meet the Staff
The teaching staff is the foundation of a quality program. Redeemer teachers are chosen for their training and experience in early childhood education, their passion for young children, and their commitment to the healthy and nurturing development of children. Besides meeting the requirements established by State Community Care Licensing and Department of Education, all staff members are required to pass a background check, a TB test, and be certified in pediatric CPR and first aid. We encourage staff members to enhance their skills through team review, professional development and continued education. The majority of our teachers hold either an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree.
