Yoga

Yoga helps children refocus their mindset and mood, build physical fitness and self confidence. Yoga can also challenge a child’s coordination and imagination when they take cues from animals and other parts of nature. Katie Jay’s yoga classes are dynamic and joyful, with careful attention to alignment. After earning her MFA in acting from Case Western Reserve University, Katie developed a great interest in yoga practice that inspired her to become a teacher. She was personally trained by Cyndi Lee, founder and director of the OM Yoga Center in New York. Katie has relocated back home to the Bay Area where she works privately with individuals and groups. She came to Redeemer highly recommended by our parents.
